Match liquidity bots giving you trouble? I have your solution.
I have seen multiple posts in the last couple days from players that range from Silver to Diamond complaining about the match liquidity bots just absolutely destroying their streaks and win rates.
Splinterlands claims that the bots are intended to only manage a 50% win rate. Is that happening?
Yesterday I made the suggestion to be able to chose weather or not you will be getting matched against them and was told that the community decided that it would be added so now we have them. Well I say screw that! Their first attempt was to remove some of the cards that the bots use.
Now what you are here for really I'm sure. The match liquidity bot wait timer after you hit battle is 15 seconds. So if you want to not have your win rate destroyed by max level cards constantly just hit cancel then battle again.
Feel free to share your thoughts on this topic in the comments. They said they do want feedback so lets give it to them.
Edit: They have increased the timer to 45 seconds now so avoiding them is much easier now. Here is a battle if you feel like seeing me get destroyed lol or what the bot accounts look like.

Seems like they changed the timer back to 45 seconds so at least avoiding them is easier now. Battle
Ohhhh... I just realized that the last couple of battles where I was destoryed were all long wait times.
Thank you for this very useful info.
how do you know for sure if its a liquidity bot you are battling?
Under playable, the cards they use do not exist, and never have an alliance. There may be other variables to check but the ghost cards are a dead giveaway.
good to know, thanks for sharing. I often think accounts with no guild and no staked SPS are bots
In ranked bots are only allowed by the "Splinterlands Operators". Thanks for asking a question to help clarify the info.

I don't understand what you're saying. So the tactic is to start a battle and, when you see that it's a bot in the card selection, make a random team and cancel it by hitting reset after 45 seconds? If you could post the sequence step by step to clarify, I'd appreciate it.

The timer after you hit battle that says "SEEKING OPPONENT..." is the que timer.
When the que timer to find a match hits 45 seconds if there is no other player in que with you a match liquidity bot will join to fight you.
