Engaging with this type of content before fully awake or out of bed may lead you to mindlessly read content, which may appear intentional but is actually a passive action.

Practice self-affirmation: Speaking or writing positive affirmations can boost confidence, reduce negativity, and improve relationships over time.

Drink enough water :

According to nutritionists, starting the day with water instead of tea or coffee is a very good habit. She recommends keeping water by your bedside and consuming eight ounces as soon as you wake up. Water is indeed very necessary because it helps in the digestion of meals in our body ,absorb nutrients, and eliminate waste items.
