Playing with my German stack!
Got some free time today, figured to play a bit with the camera to try and improve my essentially non-existent shooting skills. This is a goal I have set for a while but unfortunately having two pesky kids isn't of much help.
Anyways, my ever growing stack of silver Deutche Marks was perfect for that, especially now that all my pieces are in sexy plastic cases ^_^
I guess I should start using this 1.9 oz bullion by @silversaver888 more often on my silver hive posts!
10 Mark stack (left) vs 5 Mark Stack (right)
Silver value
In case you wonder, there are nineteen 10 mark coins and seventeen 5 mark coins.
Each 10 mark coin contains 9.68 g of pure silver whereas the 5 marks have 7 grams. Adding everything up is about 303 grams of silver ☺️
Let's check today's spot price
(Via Google)
So we have approximately 225 $ worth of silver with today's spot. Yeah, it doesn't sound like much but I bet it could get me plenty of fancy Ukraine girls for a week or so when if the financial system collapses
Random silver fact of the day
Silver has been used for centuries as a natural antibiotic. Historically, silver coins were sometimes placed in drinking water containers or milk jugs to help prevent bacterial growth and keep the liquids fresh. Additionally, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, silver compounds were used in medicine as antimicrobial agents to treat infections and prevent the growth of bacteria. While modern antibiotics have largely replaced silver in mainstream medicine, there is still ongoing research into the potential antimicrobial properties of silver and its applications in various medical fields. Ha! First time I hear about placing it in drink supplies! Protip: In a survival crisis, save your urine and throw a silver coin to keep it fresh forever!!!!
In other news, it's been quite a while since I managed to spot a new Deutche Mark design for my collection. But I did manage to find something similar yesterday and of course ordered some!
After the introduction of the euro, Germany started minting commemorative 10 Euro coins. But unlike the commemorative 10 Deutche Mark pieces, they are heavier, at 18 g a piece. And have a much higher purity at 0.925. A great improvement over their predecessors!
Soon I'll be sharing some of them with you!
Ok, my fellow plebs! That's it for today

Great stack! Gotta be careful with consuming too much silver, it will turn your skin gray. Some people drink colloidal silver daily and they literally turn gray, it looks spooky!
Nah no consuming. Just sex with my silver dildo!
Awesome Stack... I see photography got Moar better...
That's a nightmare... Ples, no collapse just up onli.
Collapse soon fren!
wow.. your collection is growing and you already have got so many of the silver coins.
financial collapse is not good for us but you have got a good amount indeed and it will grow more over time.
Yeah, I try to buy some every month! The coins in the photos above are only a fractin of my whole stack ❤️
The way you plastic -coated the coins make me flash back my childhood back ; at the time I had a headache to store brass layered coins, and silver currencies in a synthetic box. All my relatives and guests could laugh at my neurosis - but I was steady to see a day where 1cent coin could be as worth of $4-$5.
Luckily the 20 brass coin had the fate to be sold at 5$ each and the silver ones remained as same it was back two decades ago. [Disregarding monetary change of value ]..
Good collection !
HA! Those brass coins aged quite well!
Ha ha, so funny to see the age matter. But, here is what, if I would have stored it to few more decades, the local archaeological society and museum collectors would have offered me even higher prices.
But thats no joke to wait that long! 😃
Heh😂 what are those coins exactly btw?
Your collection is truly impressive.
That stack is getting to be very impressive for the short time you’ve been stacking
I keep a 1/10 oz silver round in my humidifyer on my C-pap ventilator.
Work like a charm.
Placebo effect? 😂
lmao the black pad,
There are even some cum stains on it!
Mo silver mo better — take it off the table and out of supply.
Adding more and more every month sir!
Can't see shit on ecency let's see if I can see your pics on hive blog #blochchain
Stop using ecency then! 😂
Maybe if you start using peakd chat 😂 I probably will start using peakd to post but I need a mobile app and ecency is the only good one right now
Nice coins. That is a lot of Silver German coins. Make sure to store them safety so you don't lose them
Ohhh I do 🥰
Nice Stack 🪙🪙🪙
Well some cum looking stains but besides that 😂
I have number of silver coins - but pure silver - in water containers, like the water filter, tea kettle, coffee machine ect.
Also one in a tin of Nivea hand cream, the silver ions are supposed to go into the cream.
Hard to tell how effective all that is, but at least it doesn't do any harm.
Fun fact: the coins stay in perfect condition, even after years in water.
what's with all the laptops in the background ?
