I take all the below supplements, along with a general psilocybin microdose. However, you as an individual may want to pick and choose. These in entirety may last 60-120 days+ at first purchase, but may be quite pricey depending on retailer [150-250$ CAD, at about 50$ a month averaged not including Psilocybin). But, you,
