Over Population Crisis.

In my country Nigeria I don't think the government has any good reputation with its citizens, cause no matter what they say , I mean the government , I don't think the people will ever give a listening ear, the economy is so bad and the population keeps increasing, most Nigerians family have already put a stop to massive child bearing, mostly because of the economy situation , no sensible adult would want to bring in kids to the world to allow them suffer like they are, which is why I noticed that family nowadays just give birth to two -three children and it's not like the olden days where a family has 20 kids , and it's not that it is an extended family.

I was at the market recently when a girl was telling I and my friends about her birthday and how she and her siblings were all born in the same month, and she mentioned she had 17 older siblings, and I was shocked beyond measures because I wonder how manage the parents were able to birth such number. It wasn't until she went further to say her father was looking for a female child and she happened to be the last and only female child and her own mom birthed six of them while her step mom did give birth to 12 boys, I was like WTF so a woman can be this fertile , cause she mentioned they had sets of twins and I was so surprised because even after two kids myself I feel traumatised from the whole birthing experience..like I now wondered if an incentive was given to the nation will such people like this girl's parent want to abide by it , or they would rather do what their mind tells them all in the name of looking for a particular kind of gender child.

Let me just say this if at all there are incentives to be curb over population , I bet you that Nigerian will not qualify, because we hear series of parents say a child was made by mistake, I also know a story of a friend who says in his house he is the mistake of the family and that in his younger days he usually got angry when his older ones jokingly call him a mistake, but now it's has become an inside joke to them in their family.

No mattter the amount of incentive Nigerian government says they want to give to their citizens for curbing over population , just know that it won't be effective for long and it might not even kick start so let's not go there at all and say if they do, cause they won't. If this was said in another her nation , yeah maybe it will works out for them and all.

Only some sensible adult take birth control measures here in Nigeria, I certainly believe that two to three children is enough for a couple , cause I see no reason why one should birth a football team when they are not in competition with any body.
