I got good news. The police investigator was able to locate the other driver who hit my car. My chance of recovering the cost of the insurance deductible has increased.

I don't think you can command lstr voter. I think it randomly votes your own threads. Surge is the one you can call.

I have to wait for the official police report to find out if the dude has insurance. If not, I hope it's not difficult to collect. The investigator mentioned the guy's mom said they would pay.
