RE: Sublime Sunday and the Viral Cottage Cheese Wrap

Unfortunately, I belong to a group of overweight people. I need to lose about 35 kg. It is one thing to know what I can do about it and another to know what I am really doing about it.
Obesity is really a disease. In about two years I will take the time to recover from it. Until then, I can't focus on healing.
