You made lots salami, yum yum they looks good and definitely come well with wine for cold winter nights in Melb :) Grew up in the tropical weather, I still prefer summer 🙂

This is a small batch this year. Usually 20 - 30 kgs but we're just settling into the new place.
Tropics would be nice, but can't make salami there unless you have a purpose built facility.
These will be great in a few weeks
