Started the newbie initiatives with an outlet on goal settings while being given the S.M.A.R.T formula as an efficient guideline for achievement within the next 2 months.

At the time, I was just 3 months old, of course a fresher you know, with just over a hundred HP.

Before the newbie initiative, I really didn't mind much about increasing my Hive Power (the mind of a newbie i guess..lol) and having to set a specific amount, I decided to settle on a target i believed would be achievable within 2 months, that's right guys, these where the congratulations should start coming in 🎉

Fortunately, it was mission accomplished. From an 100 plus to 300 plus☑

Although along the line, I was delegated 50hp by starstrings which contributed to my growth.

Also had an increment in followers. I think they should be 30 plus at the time to 48 followers.. Oh well, I am grateful for my growth.

Honestly, meeting up with Sunday evening meetings during the past 2 months wasn't so easy at all. Especially when it clashes with my closing hours in the evening, I would have to wake till I get home and most times forget to join in afterwards.
The background recordings (meeting recaps) was a great help for me. Through that I was able to listen and meet up with the tasks for each week except one, that should be the lecture on keys due to unseen circumstances.

I learned a lot also and if I am being asked my favorite topic all through, it absolutely would be “task 7”. Where we were taught on how to make use of the hive.vote, which had in return drastically added to my hive power.

Special thanks to the tutors and administrative of the newbies initiatives for their time and efforts in making this a success.

Remembering the times where the network seems to form a barrier, yet, they would still find ways in making sure every Sunday in eight weeks is beneficial to us all. Am sure everyone who has participated is as graceful as myself.

With the knowledge acquired, I hope to achieve more and this time aiming for a thousand HP before the year runs out. It's an honor and I am happy to be among those who wrote till the end.
