Swing Trading is my choice today...which is yours?

I am suffering from a period with a high workload, that is why you will not see me publish many posts about Trading, in any case, I continue to do it although now I exercise the Swing Trading modality more than day trading or scalping...and I have to tell you that it's going quite well...
I will prepare a post about it, publishing results and so on, but now I wanted to ask you, what is your preferred trading modality or the one you exercise the most?

For reference and information:

Day Trading:

Advantages: High potential for quick profits, many daily opportunities due to market volatility.
Disadvantages: Requires significant time and attention, high stress, and transaction fees can be substantial.
Success Potential: High for experienced traders with strong discipline and access to advanced tools.

Swing Trading:

Advantages: Less stressful than day trading, captures medium-term market movements, requires less screen time.
Disadvantages: Requires patience and a good understanding of market trends.
Success Potential: Suitable for those with some experience who can analyze medium-term trends.

Position Trading:

Advantages: Involves fewer trades, more time for analysis, less stress, and potentially lower transaction costs.
Disadvantages: Requires a good understanding of long-term trends and patience.
Success Potential: Good for those who prefer a long-term approach and can resist short-term market fluctuations.

Scalping:

Advantages: Many opportunities for small daily profits, no overnight risk.
Disadvantages: High concentration required, can be exhausting, high transaction fees due to frequent trading.
Success Potential: High for experienced traders who can make quick decisions and manage risk effectively.

Algorithmic Trading:

Advantages: Uses algorithms and mathematical models for decision-making, can operate 24/7 without human intervention.
Disadvantages: Requires advanced technical knowledge, access to high-quality technology and data.
Success Potential: Suitable for those with programming skills and expertise in data analysis.

Long-Term Investing:

Advantages: Less daily monitoring required, lower stress, benefits from compound growth.
Disadvantages: Requires patience and a long-term vision, fewer opportunities for quick gains.
Success Potential: Ideal for those seeking stability and with a long investment horizon.

Summary:

Day Trading and Scalping can be highly successful for experienced traders who can handle the stress and speed of the market.
Swing Trading and Position Trading offer a balance between time commitment and potential profit, making them suitable for those with some experience and the ability to analyze trends.
Algorithmic Trading can be successful for those with strong technical and programming skills.
Long-Term Investing is suitable for those seeking stable growth and can be highly successful over time with a disciplined approach.
For beginners, swing trading or position trading may be more manageable and offer a good starting point to learn the markets and develop skills. Experienced traders might find more success in day trading or scalping if they can manage the high-pressure environment.

Cheers

A mix of swing and position trading for me. I can't find myself sitting and watching charts all day long so the longer time frame works better for me
