Red Head Fly

I spotted a red headed housefly today while observing the crops in a friend's farm, I found this creature perching on one of the dead sticks around there.

It is a fly with nice red head - that made it look unique. Should I call this one a bush fly? Most of the housefly I know often have black head with the exception some big and colorful ones
