I just saw a job opening at Amazon for which I'm highly qualified.... However I wonder if they would even consider my application given that I'm this close to sueing them lmao

Imagine they asking "what are your salary expecations?" and me saying "well, something around 160k plus all the money you owe me for that lawsuit"

But you didn't sue. That's the most important thing. Could actually be a positive thing for the job. I will say, give it a shot. You won't know what could have been if you don't try.
