Costillas En Salsa Barbecue / Ribs In Barbecue Sauce [ESP-ENG]

Hello dear community, today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes, one of my best dishes that I have prepared to date, I would like you to put it into practice in your meals since the preparation of my ribs can be applied to all types of meats, without further ado, friends, let's cook.

First you need a pork rib, I couldn't find it at the butcher shop so I looked for one at the supermarket that already came pre-cooked and came with its dressing but very little.

Second for the ingredients, use mustard, Coca-Cola, panela and a little salt, black garlic, tomato sauce and glutamate to intensify the flavors.

Now we are going to take the rib and we are going to get a bowl or a cake tray that is big enough to fit the rib, then we are going to take the mustard and we are going to massage the piece on all sides until it is completely covered.

Therefore we are going to take it to the previously heated oven to cook the piece. I wrapped my tray with aluminum foil to make it cook faster, we take it out and come back until it is cooked on both sides.

Once the piece is ready we proceed to prepare the sauce, in the same tray where the rib is we are going to grate panela, add black garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, tomato sauce and Coca-Cola, seal again with aluminum and bake until the panela melts and we are left with a kind of spectacular barbecue.

Finally, we remove and let it rest until it reaches a temperature that we can eat. It is a simple recipe and something different for a dinner or lunch.
