Spring Awakening
Finally, a breath of fresh air!
Winter in the Northern Hemisphere is often quite challenging. Especially towards the end when we have been battered with months of bleakness. I have often felt it is even worse in areas that don't get real winter weather as well. It's then often just months of coldness with cloudy and rainy days. No snow allowed. But perhaps having snow for months on end can also be challenging. In any case... Spring is finally here!
Here are some first impressions...
This was a spectacular view from the a hill overlooking one of the largest rivers in Europe... (which one could it be?)
Wildlife has been enjoying the sun as well!
Getting outside is often the antidote to the stressful lives we live. It's rather remarkable how helpful it is to just enjoy a simple life. Probably because for most of our human history we have lived in this natural state.

Damn - you are well into Spring already! We are getting there early this year it seems, but nowhere near as far along as having flowers out.
it is rather early here! Although this winter has been a bit colder, crocuses can come as early as February here
