Its a lovely day and week to join you herewith the theme 'Be Okay'

when i saw the theme the first song that comes to my head is the somg byAdams Yolanda titled 'I believe.' Whenever am down,depressed and sad that tge song that i usually sing to elevate me up because the song is full of hope that everythingis going to be okay.
Life is full of ups and downs , problems might come when we believe everyting is going to be okay the problem will not over come usbut we will smile and have the believe that all will be okay.

Hola colmena micrófono abierto, Es un hermoso día y semana para unirme a ustedes con el tema 'Estar bien' cuando vi el tema la primera cancion que se me vino a la cabeza es la somg de Adams Yolanda titulada 'I Believe'. Siempre que estoy deprimido, deprimido y triste, esa canción que suelo cantar para elevarme porque la canción está llena de esperanza de que todo va a estar bien. La vida está llena de altibajos, los problemas pueden surgir cuando creemos que todo va a estar bien, el problema no nos superará, pero sonreiremos y creeremos que todo estará bien.
