TENS MATCHA LATTE

A while ago, when I bought matcha ice cream, matcha was indeed popping up everywhere. Usually after coming home from exercising, I take the time to buy something: a drink or food. Sometimes coconut water or something else. However, this time I wanted a slightly sweet drink. Coincidentally, I was heading in that direction. It was just a small shop located right next to a large housing complex.

I parked my motorbike and immediately entered the shop, where I was greeted by the barista, who was the only person there, and asked what I wanted to order. I immediately chose a regular-sized matcha latte with less sugar. After paying cashless, the barista asked me to wait a moment.

This shop has two floors. The upper floor was bustling with visitors. Below, white tables and chairs were neatly arranged. Plastic flower pots were displayed to add a sweet touch to each table. I sat at one of them.

The name of the shop is TENS COFFEE. Indeed, the menu at this shop consists of coffee, matcha, and other non-coffee drinks. I looked around the entire room on the first floor. The combination of blue and white gave a clean and energetic impression. Blue is the colour of my favourite idol group, Super Junior, he he he.

In less than five minutes, my order was ready, and I immediately enjoyed it because I was thirsty. You know, friends, I’m not really good at judging what makes a good latte. Or what the right balance between milk and the main ingredient should be? In my opinion, what makes it good is when the mixture, like milk or cream, doesn’t alter the original taste of the base ingredient, such as coffee or matcha.

So, what about the matcha at Tens Coffee? I can only say it’s decent. Maybe I can give it a 7/10. The matcha flavour isn’t very strong. There’s just a slight hint of it, very subtle. The price is standard for a coffee latte, around 25,000 rupiah. It’s a fair price for the taste.

So that’s my review and story about buying a Matcha Latte on my way home from the gym. Thank you, see you in my next post.
