SUPER JUNIOR CONCERT: SUPER SHOW-10

The thing that is difficult to stop is being a K-pop fan. Although I wasn't a fan of theirs since their debut, I've liked them for quite a while now, so it's hard not to admire them anymore. It's true that I'm not as enthusiastic as I used to be about following their schedule, whatever shows they're on, or whatever events they're holding. Sometimes I don't even know anything about them. Until it's their anniversary or world tour.

As idols who have been debuting for 20 years, Super Junior can certainly be proud of themselves for still maintaining their existence in the highly competitive South Korean showbiz world. This year, Super Junior is celebrating their 20th anniversary and at the same time holding their 10th Super Show world tour.

Of course, Jakarta, Indonesia, is one of the countries on their list to visit. And as another surprise, Super Junior will also hold the first concert of the Super Show series live in cinemas, broadcast directly from South Korea.

I am one of those who cannot wait for the live cinema screening of the Super Show-10 opening concert. Therefore, I joined the ticket war for seats in cinemas spread across major cities in Indonesia. This live cinema screening is not only in Indonesia, but also in other countries that are not on the concert list. Fortunately, Indonesia, which has a huge interest, gets two opportunities: the live cinema screening and the live concert at Ice BSD on the next occasion.

D-DAY OF THE LIVE CINEMA SCREENING

Finally... the day has come...
I chose the CGV cinema closest to my residence. I had already prepared what I was going to wear, and I had also prepared my official lightstick, called a subong. All I had to do was head to CGV.

Upon arriving, I went straight to the cashier to exchange my digital ticket, while also ordering drinks and popcorn. I received a postcard from exchanging the ticket. Wow. The nine members of Super Junior, all of whom are older but still charismatic.

I dressed casually, wearing a baby blue blouse with denim trousers. However, my hijab was grey. Ha ha ha, it really didn't match. But it was okay, as long as it was modest and comfortable. I was ready to cheer with the other ELFs (ELF is the name for Super Junior fans, which stands for EverLasting Friend).

For about three hours, I enjoyed all the excitement of this live concert. I wasn't disappointed because all the audience members were also having fun. We chanted, we sang karaoke together, and we screamed hysterically when we saw their stage performance. Even though they are already considered old, they are still very energetic on stage.

Thank you very much to the members of Super Junior who are loyal to their work for us fans: the leader Leeteuk, and all the members: Heechul, Shindong, Yesung, Siwon, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Kyuhyun, and Ryewook. Thank you for always presenting cool works and becoming our inspiration. Let's grow together. You work, we will support you.
