I did it! 10,000 HP – Goal unlocked!

Oh yes, it finally happened! I’ve reached 10,000 Hive Power! This was my first big goal since I started writing again on Hive, and guess what? I made it! 🎯

Honestly, deciding to come back to writing was the easiest thing ever. You know why? Because my head is always full of ideas... like, seriously packed. Sometimes I don’t even know where to start! But that’s actually the best part...when your brain is busy with cool ideas, there’s no room left for unnecessary overthinking.

Let’s rewind a little, shall we?

I used to write before, but I never really cared about the numbers. I hated numbers. Oh, don’t even get me started on math. When I hear the word “calculate,” I just want to run away. My brain goes: "Error 404”😂 But lucky me, I have the most patient husband in the world. He explained things to me like I was a 3-year-old. (Okay, maybe I didn’t realize he was doing that, but hey – it worked! Let’s just quietly ignore that part, okay? 😉) It was important for me to learn this part of Hive to. 😉

So I learned, step by step. I still don’t love numbers, but now I understand them. That’s already a small miracle.

When I came back to writing, I basically started from scratch. My plan? Post consistently. I didn’t want to write just for the sake of posting. I wanted to write things that mean something to me. My Hive mantra is:
Quality over Quantity.

But I also wanted to get that shiny badge for posting 7 days in a row. Challenge accepted! And guess what? I nailed it! Easy peasy when your head is exploding with ideas. My next mission? The 30-day badge. And I’ll get it...but again, only with posts that actually matter to me.

Also, I made a decision: No Powering Down. I won’t cash out just because I can. I believe in building Hive, not just taking from it.

Alos, I definitely won’t support posts or comments that are only made for quick rewards. People see through that. Trust me, those who try to cheat the system? They don’t last long. Bots? Fake comments? Nah, not for me. We’re here to create, connect, and support each other...not just to chase money. And by the way, I’ve already met so many amazing people here. You guys are the real heroes of Hive! 💪

Another decision I made with my husband: No selling Hive. Everything I earn, I power up. Why? Because so many people have supported me, voted for me, and I want to give something back. I want to grow, so I can support others more. But I knew this would take a long time… until something incredible happened.

My husband found a witness who believed in me! (Thank you, @fbslo – you’re the best! If you don't want to be tagged, just say.) He delegated me 10,000 HP. I almost fainted from happiness. Like, what?! A bigger vote? For me? Wow. That felt like a sign I’m doing something right. (Also… please don’t take it back now, okay? Pretty please! 😄)

Next big thing: HiveFest!
Can you believe it? This time it was close enough for us to actually go! I finally got to meet some of the brilliant people behind Hive and hear their stories in real life. I was so inspired. It made me love this place even more.

And yes, I also started a little personal tradition: every first of the month, I power up at least 100 Hive. (Okay, okay, sometimes I forget, but my lovely Alexa is now my Hive alarm. "Hey girl, time to power up!" Totally worth the money. 😉)

Oh, and let me tell you about our family game. My husband and I make silly bets all the time. You know, things like:
"In which movie did this actor play?"
"I’m sure it’s this one!"
"No, it’s definitely that one!"
We bet Hive on it – loser sends Hive to the winner! 😂 (Spoiler: I lose most of the time, so I end up giving him real money instead. To much Hive would be lost. 😊 But he’s a good guy, he usually sends me the Hive anyway. 😂)

My next big goal? 100,000 HP.
Yep, it’s a long road, but it’s possible. Step by step, post by post, I’ll get there. I would love to be a curator for a community someday. That would mean a lot to me...to be able to help lift up those hidden gems, those awesome posts that don’t always get noticed but totally deserve to.

I also have a plan to start a contest...but only when I can make it truly meaningful. I don’t want to run a contest just for the sake of it. When it’s ready, I’ll let you know! 😊

And yes, maybe one day, I’ll even create my own community ...but only if it’s something new and valuable that we don’t already have here.

I still have so much more I want to achieve on Hive, and I’m excited for every step of this journey. 🚀
