Be guided is the title I give for this week theme because I feel that, whatever one does, once he or she guided, it helps a lot in dodging errors. It is okay to want something, but you need to guide yourself and pray if need be. Let me share a little story with you guys. So there is this prominent man in my church; we don't just attend the same church, but we are the same tribe from the same state and local government. I heard about how he has been helping people secure a job, so I decided to try my luck. I got his contact from his personal assistant, called him to explain myself, and he asked me to meet him at home. I went, and we got talking.

He told me he would get back to me
He asked me a funny question; he said, "How willing and ready are you to get a job?" I was like, "Sir, I'm ready to do any job so far the job is legit." Weeks later, he started chatting with me. To me, it was nothing, but Oga had a different motive. Later, he asked me to bring my CV to him in a hotel. I was like a hotel, and guess the location of that hotel? Outside the town.

At that moment, I saw that the job wasn't mine because I'm not ready to do anything silly just for a job, and besides I'm a married woman with kids. So I had to stop before I regretted it or disgraced myself. And again, when I started my online business, I think I spent up to three months without selling, and all I got was "how much" and "how much," but the reason why I felt that business might work for me was because of those responses I got from people.

Asking "how much" means they are seeing me, and I hope and believe that someone, someone will actually pay for something, and just as I hope, it happens and is still happening. I feel that whatever you are doing, don't just get carried away; be guided by your steps and thoughts. One thing I believe is, even if someone didn't encourage you, try and see things for yourself.
