My HBD is converted to Leo automatically and I can not cashout to Dash to pay for it.

By the time your premium is up, you'll likely be able to buy with LEO on the new checkout page

If it's not, then any cryptos in your Keystore will do. If you're only holding LEO, you can easily swap LEO to any crypto in your keystore, then buy premium
