Greetings, HMF community. I hope you're all doing great. As this new week begins, I’ve decided to start with this very lively entry and the best attitude—revving up the engines and defining this year with a better disposition and more faith.

This week I’m bringing another blues track. Without a doubt, this musical style has been key to my musical expression and flow in every sense of the art lately. It has also brought me encouragement and joy while playing, and with every single note, I realize the story my emotions are telling.

I learned quite recently that it’s important to pay attention to the body when there are feelings that frustrate daily success, and I understood that these can be released. Without even realizing it, I talk a lot about what I feel through the music I express, so I end up accepting those feelings and letting them go through the melodies. I make myself feel every sensation without ignoring it; I also learned that when you ignore feelings, they build up. I’ve had times when I wanted to let my emotions flow, but by ignoring them I realized I wasn’t allowing myself to experience them or empty them out. The human body is certainly complex, but most of the time, music helps me move through every feeling if I choose to embrace it, whether it’s pain, sadness, or attachment.

The focus of this entry is on the blues genre. Honestly, blues was born and became very popular for defining a simple cadence to create a poetic framework when singing, whether in a song or with an instrument.

Other than that, thank you so much for the initiative. As always, thanks to the #HMF team for the excellent and tireless work they do.

Saludos, comunidad de HMF. Espero que estén excelentes, esta semana que empieza he decido empezar con esta entrada bastante animada con la mejor actitud, ya arrancando motores y definiendo este año con una mejor disposicion para hacer las cosas y con mas fe.

En esta semana traigo otro blues, sin duda este estilo de musica en estas ultimas temporadas ha sido muy clave para mi expresion musical y fluir en todo el termino del arte musical, tambien ha traido animo y contentamiento al momento de interpretar esta pista y que con cada nota tras nota me doy cuenta de la historia que marca mis emociones.

He aprendido hace muy poco tiempo que es importante prestar atencion al cuerpo cuando existen sentimientos que frustran el exito diario, y entendi que estos pueden ser soltados, y sin darme cuenta con la musica que expreso hablo mucho de lo que siento, por lo que termino aceptando esos sentimientos, y a traves de las melodias voy soltando, porque me dispongo a sentir cada sensacion sin ignorarla, tambien aprendi que al ignorar los sentimientos, estos se acumulan, y tambien he tenido temporadas que deseo fluir las emociones pero al ignorarlas me doy cuenta que no me permito transitarlas y vaciarme de ellas, sin duda el cuerpo humano es complejo, pero de verdad que la musica la gran mayoria de las ocasiones me ayuda a fluir cada sentimiento si decido abrarlo, ya sea el mismo dolor, la tristeza o el apego.

El enfoque de esta entrada tiene que ver con el genero blues y la verdad el blues nacio y se hizo muy popular por definir una cadencia sencilla para generar un esquema poetico al momento de cantar ya sea una cancion o con un instrumento.

De resto muchas gracias por la iniciativa, agradeciendo como siempre al equipo de #HMF que hacen un excelente trabajo, el cual hacen de manera incansable.
