Very busy and unproductive
Many times, we see ourselves very busy and yet unproductive. We cannot deny it because it is a common phenomenon in our daily lives today. This happens a lot to the average man who is struggling to live life. He does a lot, always working, always busy, but at the end, nothing productive comes out of it.

If you asked me what should be done to break free from this life of being busy yet unproductive, I would say that one needs to be smart about work, engagements, or activities. Although it is hard to give up in a situation where a job is not productive yet takes a lot of time, especially when the work is full of frustration and makes the process long and tiring, one needs to stop and take a break once it is identified that nothing productive is happening.
Taking a break gives room for one to check where the lapses are, trash them off, and then start again.
Let us take a look at this situation:
Mr. A has a job where he works nonstop from morning till night, and at the end of the day, his boss always queries him for not being productive, meanwhile he is always busy working. When the queries became excessive, he decided to stop and check where he was getting it wrong. He found out that he was doing more of other staff members’ work and only attending to his major responsibilities towards the end of the day. By that time, he had already wasted a lot of time.
He complained to the head, the work structure was reviewed, and many of the tasks that were keeping him busy were taken off him.
I am always in support of this pattern. Things like this should be checked so that one does not end up working tirelessly with nothing to show for it.
Sometimes it is known as busy doing nothing
