That's why thinking twice (or more) before acting (especially on some occasions) is a clever move.
Totally, taking a moment to think things through can save a lot of hassle down the line
But at the same time being patience without a valid reason is not wisdom also.
Fair point. Patience without purpose can just be wasting time. It's about knowing when to wait and when to act.
