It's been brutal out there. I knew that Trump was going to cause massive correction in Equities market, but I was kind of expecting the crypto market to benefit from his pumps. His kids out there shilling and all of the Crypto America focus. Larry Fink is on TV shilling for BTC. Strategic Reserves expanded to ADA, XRP, SOL. ONDO tokenizing, INJ and LINK regularly at the white house. Felt like there were a handful of American projects that would explode, YET... his "Chaos Agent" negotiating style that I KNEW would tank the Stock Market has thrown the entire market into a panic. Most liquidity will sit on the side and wait for the crunch while millions of families struggle as credit comes due and price inflation eats their disposable income. I fear that even the Fed cutting rates will only fuel stagflation. Technically, Bitcoin was designed for exactly this scenario (and I think that the US wants to use BTC/ETH/Gold and a handful of other "assets" to guarantee Treasuries to bring down Rates for refinancing debt), but so far we have not seen BTC flip the script and move like a safety asset. For now - the uncertainty will remain. I've still got bags of Utility chains that should benefit, but I'm refraining from buying any dips until there is a bit more certainty in the market because there is a high probability we are going to go A LOT lower as the US falls into recession.
