¡Muy feliz sábado, querida familia de #TopFamily! 📸

Una vez más me uno con alegría a esta hermosa iniciativa sabatina impulsada por el gran @lanzjoseg, fundador de este espacio lleno de calor humano, creatividad y memorias compartidas. Gracias, profe, por regalarnos cada semana un motivo para mirar más allá de la imagen… y conectar con la vida. 🌱

Hoy nos trae una imagen que, lejos de ser común, tiene el peso simbólico de los lugares que no solo se usan, sino que se sienten. A simple vista, parece una oficina sencilla… pero al observar con detenimiento, no pude evitar imaginar que se trata del espacio donde el Prof. @lanzjoseg desarrolla parte de su vocación académica, quizás dentro de las instalaciones de la querida Universidad de Oriente, en mi amada #Venezuela. 🇻🇪🎓

Es solo una suposición, claro, pero al conocer su entrega como docente y líder de comunidad, no cuesta pensar que este sea su rincón de batalla diaria: su trinchera académica, donde se gestan ideas, se toman decisiones, se orientan vidas, y se cultiva un legado que florece mucho más allá de las paredes.

🖋️ Un rincón con alma universitaria

Hay espacios que no necesitan lujo para transmitir grandeza. Lugares donde el silencio habla, donde el tiempo se mide en aprendizajes y el aire está impregnado de vocación. Esta imagen, que parece sencilla a primera vista, nos muestra más que una oficina: nos revela un santuario del pensamiento, un cuartel de formación, una trinchera académica.

En ese escritorio, tal vez el Prof. @lanzjoseg ha corregido cientos de trabajos, ha guiado proyectos de vida, ha firmado constancias con esperanza, o ha respondido mensajes de estudiantes que, a pesar de las dificultades del país, siguen soñando con un futuro mejor. Allí puede haber nacido más de una idea brillante, más de una charla necesaria, más de una decisión crucial para alguien que necesitaba un empujón.

Pero no es solo lo tangible lo que conmueve. Es el aura. La luz que entra por la ventana con rejas como quien se cuela a pesar de los obstáculos, nos recuerda que la educación siempre encuentra caminos, aunque el contexto quiera cerrarlos.

La frase escrita en el vidrio lo dice todo: "Renueva tus pensamientos y cambia tu vida..."

¡Qué poderoso mensaje para una universidad, para un estudiante con dudas, para un docente con cansancio, para un país con heridas! Porque el cambio verdadero empieza adentro, desde la forma en que miramos el mundo y nos miramos a nosotros mismos.

A un lado, una cartelera con recomendaciones para proteger la labor docente. Qué ironía tan reveladora: cuidar al que cuida, sostener al que sostiene. En Venezuela, ser profesor universitario es un acto de amor, de resistencia, de fe. Y este espacio lo refleja con una honestidad conmovedora.

No hay adornos caros. No hace falta. Hay papeles con propósito, una computadora encendida como símbolo de que “todavía hay trabajo que hacer”, y un aire acondicionado que tal vez no enfría mucho, pero al menos intenta. Todo eso es Venezuela también: seguir, aunque no se pueda del todo; avanzar, aunque duela; enseñar, aunque no se tenga todo.

Este lugar, real o simbólicamente, representa a tantos docentes anónimos que día a día sostienen las columnas invisibles de un país que aún sueña. Y si, como suponemos, pertenece al querido profe @lanzjoseg, entonces estamos ante un verdadero altar de vocación.

A veces, las imágenes más poderosas no son las que estallan de color, sino las que guardan silencios profundos y gestos verdaderos. Esta oficina real o imaginada es el reflejo de un país que educa desde la vocación, que resiste desde la sabiduría, y que transforma desde los detalles.

Gracias, querido @lanzjoseg, por abrir las puertas de tu mundo, aunque sea por una rendija y permitirnos mirar hacia adentro, hacia ese rincón donde florece el legado de tantos años dedicados a formar, acompañar y sembrar. 🌱📚

Today brings us an image that, far from being common, has the symbolic weight of places that are not only used, but felt. At first glance, it looks like a simple office... but upon closer inspection, I couldn't help but imagine that this is the space where Prof. @lanzjoseg develops part of his academic vocation, perhaps within the facilities of the beloved Universidad de Oriente, in my beloved #Venezuela. 🇻🇪🎓

It's just a guess, of course, but knowing his dedication as a teacher and community leader, it's not hard to think that this is his daily battle corner: his academic trench, where ideas are gestated, decisions are made, lives are guided, and a legacy that flourishes far beyond the walls is cultivated.

🖋️ A corner with a university soul

There are spaces that do not need luxury to convey greatness. Places where silence speaks, where time is measured in learning and the air is impregnated with vocation. This image, which seems simple at first glance, shows us more than an office: **it reveals a sanctuary of thought, a training barracks, an academic trench.

At that desk, perhaps Prof. @lanzjoseg has corrected hundreds of papers, guided life projects, signed certificates with hope, or answered messages from students who, despite the country's difficulties, still dream of a better future. There may have been born more than one brilliant idea, more than one necessary talk, more than one crucial decision for someone who needed a push.

In Venezuela, being a university professor is an act of love, of resistance, of faith. And this space reflects it with touching honesty.

There are no expensive frills. There is no need. This place, real or symbolically, represents so many anonymous teachers who day by day support the invisible columns of a country that still dreams. And if, as we assume, it belongs to the beloved prof @lanzjoseg, then we are before a true altar of vocation.

Sometimes, the most powerful images are not those that burst with color, but those that keep deep silences and true gestures. This real or imagined office is the reflection of a country that educates from vocation, that resists from wisdom, and that transforms from details.
