RE: High water in Vienna. Luckily the city has a very good flood protection system, but public transport got quite limited, west bound railroad system shut down and also highways were temporarily closed.

Die Scotty ÖBB Website ist heute Vormittag ausgefallen, vermutlich wg Überlastung. Auch Zugverbindungen in den Süden eingestellt.
