Delicious Banana Cinnamon Cupcake [Eng-Esp]

Today I share how to make these healthy muffins with banana and cinnamon, they are very simple to make, with ingredients that we always have on hand and they have an incredible flavor and a soft texture. I am sure that everyone who tries them will like them, and will want to make them often, plus they are ideal for breakfast or just a snack with a delicious cup of coffee.


Hoy comparto cómo hacer estos cupcake saludables con cambur y canela, son muy sencillos de hacer, con ingredientes que siempre tenemos a mano y tienen un sabor increíble y una textura suave. Estoy segura que a todos los que los prueben les gustarán, y querrán hacerlo a menudo, además son ideales para el desayuno o simplemente una merienda con una deliciosa taza de café.

02 bananas, 1/3 cup vegetable milk, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup oil, 1.1/2 cups wheat flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 01 teaspoon vanilla, 1.1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 01 teaspoon cinnamon.


02 cambures, 1/3 taza de leche vegetal, 1/3 taza de azúcar, 1/4 taza de aceite, 1.1/2 tazas de harina de trigo, 1/8 cucharadita de sal, 01 cucharadita de vainilla, 1.1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear, 01 cucharadita de canela.

I begin by sifting the wheat flour with the baking powder and cinnamon.


Empiezo tamizando la harina de trigo con el polvo de hornear y la canela.

In the blender place the camburs, the vegetable milk; this time I used almond milk, the oil, the vanilla, the salt and the sugar. Blend until well integrated, this may take two minutes.


En la licuadora colocar los cambures, la leche vegetal; esta vez utilicé leche de almendras, el aceite, la vainilla, la sal y el azúcar. Licuar hasta que esté bien integrado, esto puede tardar dos minutos.

Then pour this mixture into a bowl, add the sifted wheat flour little by little in an enveloping way until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.


A continuación, verter esta mezcla en un bol, añadir la harina de trigo tamizada poco a poco de forma envolvente hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

In the cupcake mold, place the cupcake liners and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for twenty minutes or simply insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. This quantity was enough for 06 units.


En el molde para cupcakes,  colocamos capacillos y vierte la mezcla.  Hornee en el horno precalentado a 200 °C durante veinte minutos o simplemente inserte un palillo y salga limpio. Esta cantidad fue suficiente para 06 unidades.
