The US is a big proponent of free trade, or isn't it?
I thought that only state-controlled (communist) countries and closed economies are in favor of trade tariffs...
Oh, perhaps free trade only applies to free movement of profits abroad and tax evasion.
By the way, I have a suspicion that the amount of US taxes that should have been paid by Trump's new advisors (Musk, Bezos) and their corporations is equivalent to the amount of the trade tariffs to be introduced, or isn't it?
