Caturday Episode, February 14 2026
Hello, my friends on Caturday!
I hope you are all well.
In my eyes, a black cat will always exude a sense of mystery that I find hard to explain.

This could be due to the lack of other colors in its fur.
Brighter colors may make an animal look friendlier than it actually is, even it can be the most aggressive and dangerous creature in the world.
Black cats have a bad name without any apparent reason, I think, as they have been connected to bad luck.
When a superstitious person has an encounter with a black cat, he or she believes that something bad will happen to him or her.
This belief has no scientific or logical basis.
Poor black cats have been wrongly blamed for the “bad luck” of others.
They haven’t really done anything to deserve such a negative reputation.
If a black cat is seen as a bad omen, why shouldn’t a black & white cat, for example, be considered a sign of misfortune, as well?

Different animals have different attitudes, and these attitudes also depend on the situation.
A black cat can be the most peaceful animal in the world, and also bring good luck to those close to it, contrary to common belief.
A black and white cat, on the other hand, can be a stubborn and capricious animal that is hard to deal with.

So, my view is that neither black cats should be linked to bad luck nor cats with other fur colors should be treated as animals that don’t bring bad luck, because this is essentially nonsense.
It has to do with how we perceive different animals through a process of autosuggestion that is not based on reality in most cases.

HIVE coin is currently at a critically low liquidity. It is strongly suggested to withdraw your funds while you still can.
I love black cats; we had a black cat named Vasily. But there's a lot of superstition surrounding them, of course...
Yeah, black cats are among those animals that take the blame for human whimsicality.
Vasily is a great name for a cat🐈⬛!
