The Asian ladybird will not have caused the hole in the tomato, it is a beneficial insect. It is a hunter that grabs the aphids.
My pak choi also looks like this, it was perforated and started to sprout due to the heat, I'll grow some more and try again. I hope you can still save something. May your efforts be rewarded with fine vegetables.
