Hello lovelies and your fine delicacies, I saw your posts and got hungry, because time was short and I still had a lucky find in the fridge, namely the great mezzelune filled with pumpkin, mascapone and sage, which I could combine with my paprika-mushroom-cream sauce, which I still had from the day before.

Hallo ihr Lieben und eure feinen Köstlichkeiten, ich habe eure Beiträge gesehen und Hunger bekommen, denn die Zeit war knapp und ich hatte noch einen Glücksfund im Kühlschrank, nämlich die tolle Mezzelune gefüllt mit Kürbis, Mascapone und Salbei, die ich mit meiner Paprika-Pilz-Sahne-Soße kombinieren konnte, die ich noch vom Vortag hatte.

Let me tell you, this was a flavour explosion of the highest order and I am determined to make the mezzelune myself, but these were bought and really delicious.
So what did I need from this super simple dish?
For the capsicum and mushroom cream sauce, I sautéed the onions, added the mushrooms and capsicum, deglazed everything once with cream, added a tablespoon of peanut butter to thicken and brought to the boil, done!

Ich sage euch, das war eine Geschmacksexplosion vom Feinsten und ich bin fest entschlossen, die Mezzelune selbst zu machen, aber diese waren gekauft und wirklich lecker.
Was habe ich also aus diesem supereinfachen Gericht gebraucht?
Für die Paprika-Pilz-Sahne-Sauce habe ich die Zwiebeln angebraten, die Pilze und Paprika dazugegeben, alles einmal mit Sahne abgelöscht, einen Esslöffel Erdnussbutter zum Andicken dazugegeben und aufgekocht, fertig!

I simply boiled the mezzelune for 4 minutes, let them soak in the sauce, served them on a plate with hot cheese and I had a super tasty dinner. Now I'm full and happy to have eaten anything at all and I'm off to read.

Ich habe die Mezzelune einfach 4 Minuten lang gekocht, sie in der Soße einweichen lassen, sie auf einem Teller mit Scharfskäse angerichtet und schon hatte ich ein super leckeres Abendessen. Jetzt bin ich satt und froh, überhaupt etwas gegessen zu haben, und mache mich ans Lesen.
