Select the staking option for LEO – heLEO converts directly to sLEO by staking it. Enter amount, confirm, and submit. No bridge needed; it's a simple delegation-like process.
It's not compulsory – sLEO is optional for enhanced rewards like daily USDC harvests, but you can hold plain LEO or heLEO without staking.
