I would like that we have a feature that allows to lock up LEO away for some periodic fixed days or years. I guess that could help some people preserve and hold LEO for a longer time. It could be something that pays a small dividend for locking up your tokens.

The opinion of people changes with time. That's the issue
People opinion is not really the issue, I believe most people would like it.
I would not go for it at least, unless it gives me a high interest. Just for locking is like I think those assets are useless to me. I believe if anyone is determined, they can keep it even without stacking. Stacking is not an option for me unless it gives me a high interest. I am not emotional when it comes to investment.
