RE: The English Bookshop at Dussmann – A Reader’s Haven in the Heart of Berlin

Those window seats you mention feel like a quiet chapel for readers, that hush before the page turns is magic'. On weekends it’s packed, but your right, the crowd itself proves the place still breathes, and I find myself budgeting and failing because three books become four :) I dont even try to stick to a list anymore, I just let the shelves nudge me toward the next voice. Leaving with arms heavy and mind lighter feels like stepping away from a monument after a long look.
