Bicycle path is full of trainers and great experience

This is a play through of Pokemon Blue by using RetroArch to emulate the game. I am randomising the Pokemon in areas with similar strength so it isn't completely randomised, while choosing three starters of similar types

Bicycle path has so many trainers just itching for battle, while they chill on the path and enjoy the outdoors.

It was going to be a long time spent, going through and beating these trainers for the big experience gains but also healing up when needed. Venonat is able to get more victories like against this Cubone by using mega drain, weakening it while healing up and this fight got it to level twenty five.

Dratini got some action time as well with some bubblebeams to the high level Vulpix, it managed to keep from losing the fight when already starting on lower health and turn it around with ease.

One trainer had a tougher Pokemon to face that was yet to be seen which was a Magneton at level thirty three and it started off, critting Vulpix just from a tackle.

The fight was carrying on for a bit longer than others, as Vulpix needed healing before keeping the digs up.. but eventually with more that were used, did the Magneton end up falling in a super close match up against Goliath's Vulpix!

It was going to be nothing but a mass of battles on his way to Fuschia city but some great leveling to ensure his Pokemon, were all getting stronger for the gym fight in Fuschia city and this has some easier battles where Venonat's mega drain just owns the water Pokemon and gets it leveled to twenty six while Wartortle gets to level twenty eight, which the Venonat being the starter, definitely needs the extra leveling up and getting closer to evolution!

A grassy area was available and Goliath wondered if any Pokemon found would be wanted. Poliwhirl came out to play against Dratini, the first great ball used wouldn't catch this Poliwhirl before it's next water gun doing a tiny bit more damage.. but the second great ball was able to successfully catch it, adding another and a strong Pokemon to the choices that can be used.

Slowly getting through these trainer was taking a toll on Goliath as he continued to beat more of then including, Dratini reaching level twenty eight against a Geodude before taking out a stronger Ponyta, before a tougher fight with some great Pokemon from another trainer.

This tough fight had to start with a level twenty eight Omastar the got paralysed by Dratini, before taking it out and seeing Muk come out so no games would be played this time around.

Muk used a couple of very solid thunderbolts and had to use it twice to secure the win over Omastar. A Shellder came out but was quickly beaten, before this biker got out his Venosaur and it could have been such a bad fight for Vulpix.. growl had been used though by Venosaur and it gave more breathing room to burn it down with ember, with vine whip bringing this fight super close until one final ember secured level twenty seven for Vulpix and requiring a fly back to Celadon and to heal up!
