When Roger Ver went on Tucker Carlson's show last week to make his case that he shouldn't get 109 years in prison, he stated that Bitcoin has been hijacked.
Swarms of laser-eyed maxis came to insist that Bitcoin was not hijacked, but by the way Roger should rot in prison forever for hurting no one, because government is awesome.
Quite elegantly proving his point 100% right! 😁
Y'all statist bootlickers are the most hijacked, sad group of people I've ever seen.

I didn't know he had been convicted. I can't even begin to understand why he would be given 109 years in prison for a tax related crime. Surely saner minds will prevail here upon appeal.
It is also sad to hear that Bitcoiners didn't defend him.
We live in confusing and sad times indeed.
He's not convicted, he's charged. Still, facing that much time is crazy.
Thank God.
I had heard he gave up his US citizenship and moved to another country.
This arrest was shocking to me, considering how long ago he left the country.
The long arm of the US Government is truly a dual edge sword which renders both justice and injustice.
I hope in this case justice is served.
12 years! He renounced his citizenship, paid his "exit tax", and left the country 12 years ago!
I seem to recall those details, so I was confused why after all this time they decided to go after him.
To Be Honest, I was very surprised he had to pay an exit tax, and now I am very surprised they have decided to go after him now.
Normally the statute of limitations on tax investigation by the US givernment is 7 years.
But the US government is like an 800 pound gorilla, it does what ever it wants to do.
