I dont.
Few do, I noticed.
Nope, I prefer to work on the PC
Yes, I prefer sole ownership over my responsibilities.
Exactly, that way no one's actions can influence my work
Yes, I do.
Must be good at it. Sometimes it involves harassing lots of people who don't want to do what you tell them to haha
I am a military veteran, with that training, and my love of people, it comes easy to me now :)
Makes sense.
Nope! Just not my personality. Most tests got me INTP.
Yeah few people are naturally good managers.
Yeah, I have managed a team, during an internship. It was a good experience and they loved it too.
Greetings Joel.
Good! When it works, it's great. When it's challenging, it's more frustrating than anything.
That's true. There are challenging moments in managing people. It's always fulfilling when they are successfully managed.
No. Done that but not my thing. I rather manage my portfolio and don't like that very much either.
Haha fair enough. What do you like?
Trading. Unfortunately, portfolio management is a big part of that.
Yeah not my cup of tea either.
Took me some getting used to but I kinda enjoy it nowadays
Yes, if you have a good team it can be good.
true, thats a big factor
no way.
Some here do apparently!
interesting
Yes, very. Not 100% my thing.

I used to think I did, until I had too for Apple... That was a nightmare. It wasn't the team either that gave me most of the problems, it was my higher ups that were the issue. Well, I did have some team members that were a pain in the ass, especially when the whole 'DEI' crap started to come into play. They made my life a living hell.
Yeah makes sense. Management is so much harder with all the conditions piled on top.
conditions and personalities, 🤣 same reasons I left the music industry, 🤣
Not at all. I get burned out very quickly.
I'm actually an introvert by nature so that's double worse off
