Make "the experts" bet a small amount yearly (like $100) on Polymarket prediction markets. Have them bet on the predictions they publicly make.

Make a dashboard which displays which experts have actually made a bet on which predictions, and track their actual success rate and earnings.

The best way to determine who actually knows what they're talking about!
