48hrs of trying to sleep

 Hey everyone,
I've spent the last two days in bed. I don't know if I caught a bug or ate something bad, but I felt awful. So, I tried to sleep it off.

Even though I don't feel 100%, I just can't lie in bed any longer. I decided to make myself get up and at least take a stab at some productivity.
Unfortunately, this means I don't have anything new to share today other than my status. Hopefully, I'll be back to normal soon.
Edit: 🤢🤢🤮 - And back to bed for me.

I hope that you feel better post haste, my friend! Fermented foods, especially ones like good kefir, can be extremely helpful, since about 80% of our immunological functioning is modulated via the digestive track, and the beneficial organisms in it put the intestinal tract back to a good place pretty quickly. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
