TikTok's New Monetization Features: My Opinion
Hello there everyone it's the business guy and it's been a while since I shared a couple posts on Cent.
So, recently I heard some news about TikTok launching new methods of generating money for creative people. We all know that I really like scrolling through my TikTok feed for hours on end, so that made me curious.
It got me wondering how these changes might affect the content and the creators behind it.
First off, let’s take a look at these subscription packages. Now it is not only those who do live videos who can offer them. I think this is a good step by TikTok as it gives creators more ways to connect with their audience and make some extra bucks. I mean, what if you could have one or two cool badges or customized emojis from your favorite TikToker?
But here’s the catch; right now only a few selected creators are able to sell subscriptions at least for now. It’s like an elite group or something like that.
Though I understand that TikTok may need some time to test things out, but hopefully they’ll expand this option to many other creators soon enough because just imagine how much talent there is waiting to be discovered?
Besides, there exists this Creator Rewards Program. In essence, TikTok expects creators to produce long-lasting high definition videos and they are ready to pay for that. I believe this is a situation where both parties gain. It would motivate creators who put in so much work in creating amazing content and the audience would get more fun videos.
What’s interesting is the fact that TikTok has upped the stakes in terms of rewards. Creators can now make up to 20 times more than before was stated by them. By my opinion, It’s quite impressive how serious TikTok is about supporting creators and helping them to monetize their passions.
By the way, let's talk about an upgrade of a creator academy for the moment. This is actually like a gold mine for any creator who wants to improve on what they have created already on their accounts.
More importantly, they have numerous courses, articles as well as videos which makes it easier than ever before for anyone to learn everything needed and make it big time on Tiktok. Thus, I think that speaking of completeness really means something for jamtiktok wanting its stars to be successful in life or not.
Generally, in my opinion, there are these changes that appear to be the right moves for TikTok.
Through providing more income options to creators and resources that are better, they are making a space where originality thrives.
I cannot wait to learn how these improvements influence my feed or people I subscribe to on Tiktok as a user of the platform. There may be a possibility that owing to this new application we could come across another big thing in terms of Tik Tok superstars.
