From my experience, what I have come to learn is that in entrepreneurship, success means where you put your time and effort, whether you work in or on the business.

To open up the full potential of a company, it is crucial for me to change focus from working for it to working on it.

This mindset shift is revolutionary because it allows the enterprise to become more than just the sum of its individual parts.

Rather than being mired down with daily tasks, entrepreneurs can take a step back and see the big picture. They can build strategies, systems as well as foster an environment of worker independence.

Working on the business is like creating a self-supporting entity that can live without your intervention.
