I get the point, but big problems can also burn you out. How do you tell the difference between a challenge that stretches you and one that just drains you?
Fair point. I think it’s about energy—if the challenge fires you up and gets you thinking, it’s growth. If it just feels like a slog with no end, it’s probably draining. Gotta know when to pivot or push through
