Sorry to hear that Ed, that really sucks... Ankylosing spondylitis is a real bitch and a flare up of the ulcerative colitis is miserable. I hope it calms down soon and that you get back to feeling more like yourself!

Well the AS I have had since I was 12 so i can control my mind for that, the other stuff is the shits lol and harder to control for me.
