RE: Responsability is a tough lesson to learn: Why school homework is needed.

I don't know, most of the homework before high school was a waste of time to be honest. Then again I was one of the smarter students. Even most high school homework was a waste, and in my opinion most of the teachers idiots. I was grateful to move onto college where homework was actually a challenge and not monotonous stupid tasks.

If homework is challenging and makes a student grow it's worthwhile. You learn responsibility yes, but only if the work isn't a mundane waste of time...

As you can see I don't think highly of the education system before college or grad school! lol
