Having a very legit customer base is something every entrepreneur always thinks of, and your ability to keep them is what makes you a real entrepreneur. Because doing these two things is very difficult in the sense that you will always do everything possible to ensure you satisfy your customers, not allow them to go away, and also protect your own business as well, this is like you being in the midst of about two or three things at the same time. Every customer has the choice of any Enterprise they choose to make their priority, depending on the way they were being treated, and trust me, if you treat a customer right, you have every probability that they will come back with even more people to patronize your business.

So there is this woman around my vicinity who has been one of my top sellers, which I patronize most of the time despite the distance of where I live. It has never been a barrier for me to go to a place to buy whatever I want to buy, and most of the time what I buy from her is just bread. The reason is that she has never been in barrier for me to go to a place to buy whatever I want to buy and most of the time what I buy from her is just bread and the reason is she has a big family size bread which is enough for me to eat but comparing the value I get from other places to hers, it is very different and this is why I chose her over other sellers.

Some days ago I was craving bread, and I decided to go out to check if I was going to see a freshly made bread, so I went out with a friend, and I'm going to get it to her place. I didn't talk too much because she already knew what I buy most of the time from her, so she told her employee to give it to me. But when I was standing, I saw another bread beside the one I buy, so I asked her about it, and she immediately suggested that I should go for the new bread because of the price, but not because it has a different price from the one I have always gotten from her, it has just a difference of 100 naira but the quality that they offer is very different from the one I always buy, so I decided to get that and try it.

When she told me about the new bread, I was still skeptical, but she made mention of something that changed my mind immediately, and what she said was that the former bread, which I do buy, is expensive in terms of price, even on the part of them that buys in bulk. Then I knew immediately that she is the kind of person who has empathy, not just because she wants to make money, because the new one she said I should go for is less expensive compared to what I buy before and if it was another seller they would have suggested that I buy the former one I buy from them because of the 100 naira Interest they will gain.

Then, immediately before leaving, I appreciated her for trying to make me save cost because no entrepreneur at that point will do what she did because they are just concerned with the money they want to get from every customer. That is why I have chosen an over a lot of sellers around the area where she sells because she does give valid recommendations whenever I want to buy something from her. She has really shown that she is a good entrepreneur, and she has been able to complete some of the entrepreneurial rules, which I believe each of the other entrepreneurs should also learn from.

Hay una mujer cerca de mí que ha sido una de mis mejores vendedoras, a la que frecuento la mayor parte del tiempo a pesar de la distancia de donde vivo. Nunca ha sido un obstáculo para mí ir a un lugar a comprar lo que quiero comprar, y la mayoría de las veces lo que le compro es solo pan. La razón es que ella nunca ha sido un obstáculo para que yo vaya a un lugar a comprar lo que quiera comprar y la mayoría de las veces lo que le compro es solo pan y la razón es que tiene pan familiar grande que es suficiente para que yo coma, pero comparando el precio que obtengo de otros lugares con el de ella, es muy diferente y es por eso que la elegí a ella sobre otros vendedores.

Hace unos días tenía antojo de pan y decidí salir a ver si iba a ver un pan recién hecho, así que salí con una amiga y se lo llevé a su casa. No hablé mucho porque ella ya sabía lo que le compro la mayoría de las veces, así que le dijo a su empleada que me lo diera. Pero cuando estaba de pie, vi otro pan al lado del que compro, así que le pregunté por él, y ella inmediatamente sugirió que debería optar por el pan nuevo por el precio, pero no porque tenga un precio diferente al que siempre he obtenido de ella, solo tiene una diferencia de 100 nairas, pero la calidad que ofrecen es muy diferente a la que siempre compro, así que decidí obtenerlo y probarlo.

Cuando me habló del nuevo pan, todavía estaba escéptico, pero mencionó algo que me hizo cambiar de opinión inmediatamente, y lo que dijo fue que el pan anterior, que sí compro, es caro en términos de precio, incluso Por parte de los que compran al por mayor. Entonces supe inmediatamente que ella es el tipo de persona que tiene empatía, no solo porque quiere ganar dinero, porque el nuevo que me dijo que debería comprar es menos costoso en comparación con lo que compro antes y si fuera otro vendedor, me habrían sugerido que comprara el anterior que les compré a ellos debido a los 100 naira de interés que ganarían.

Entonces, inmediatamente antes de irme, le agradecí por intentar hacerme ahorrar costos porque ningún empresario en ese momento haría lo que ella hizo porque solo les preocupa el dinero que quieren obtener de cada cliente. Es por eso que elegí a una entre muchos vendedores en el área donde ella vende porque da recomendaciones válidas cada vez que quiero comprarle algo. Realmente ha demostrado que es una buena empresaria y ha podido completar algunas de las reglas empresariales, que creo que cada uno de los otros empresarios también debería aprender.

Every enterprenure most not be over sizelious about the money, sometimes letting the customer know the difference in price and what makes the trust the customer would have for so an enterprenure.

This reminded me one of my past post related to the interest of the customers which i pointed out that the interest of the customer first which is the reason they are always right due to the fact they are the ones that trigger transaction thereby making them more superior which is the reason is that the sales man depends on them more than they do
