This happens to be a fish farm, and the fish are a set of catfish. This catfish is just 3 weeks old, and the reason I had to go there was because he came to me and saw some advice from me as a friend in the business, and because I have better knowledge than in, so I had to go to the farm to do some checking on what he has just stocked.

Like I do say, being an entrepreneur isn't a day job because one has to keep doing it, and in the process of doing it, you get better at it. To me, this is another step to being a great entrepreneur, and this is another way to make money. While we were discussing this some weeks ago, I never thought it was going to be a serious matter, so I just gave some insight about what I know and how it will be able to get some new sets of catfish into his pond, and I got a call yesterday that they are going to go there to check.

On this farm, we have 1,500 sets of catfish, and now they have to look for a way to get closer to the market and get away to market it to people even before it gets matured for sale. This is where the work of an entrepreneur comes in, not just to win their world, because they have to be able to market it and connect with people so that we can get better sales, and to do this, it requires some effort.

Actually, this is not just about now; it is something that has to be in existence before now. The business is just coming up, and I gave him some advice to ensure that he creates a connection with people so that it will have a place to sell his products when the time is right. As entrepreneurs, we shouldn't wait until we need customers or clients to market our goods before we do that, because I believe that is one of the main goals of an entrepreneur.

In the process of getting better sales, he had to employ a set of new people who will work with him on the farm so that it can get a better result within a reasonable time because fish farming is a lucrative business, but on the other side, it needs more attention from people who are monitoring it closely to avoid them from killing each other because fishes can be cannibalized sometime.

I feel so happy because an entrepreneur like me is making progress, and I am happy because I am making progress and the person is my friend, and we are growing together. In the meantime, we are proposing to stock more fish so that by the time the average person comes, we will be able to make more profits than before, although money is required to maintain their health and their status, which is why we have to ensure we connect to people and market them even before they get marketable

Entrepreneurship is life for those who know their way around it, and I'm willing and ready to give it what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. I am happy I was able to help a soul, and in the spirit of an entrepreneur, we are still up and running till we get a better result for ourselves.

Les deseo buenos días a todos desde aquí, así como a mis amigos y a la comunidad emprendedora. Hoy compartiré con nosotros mi viaje a la granja de un amigo, que también es empresario. Resulta que se trata de una piscifactoría, y los peces son unos siluros. Este bagre es sólo 3 semanas de edad, y la razón por la que tenía que ir allí fue porque él vino a mí y vio algunos consejos de mí como un amigo en el negocio, y porque tengo mejor conocimiento que en, así que tuve que ir a la granja para hacer algunas comprobaciones sobre lo que acaba de stocked.

Como digo, ser empresario no es un trabajo de un día, porque uno tiene que seguir haciéndolo, y en el proceso de hacerlo, te vuelves mejor en ello. Para mí, este es otro paso para ser un gran empresario, y esta es otra manera de hacer dinero. Mientras hablábamos de esto hace algunas semanas, nunca pensé que fuera a ser un asunto serio, así que me limité a dar algunas pinceladas sobre lo que sé y cómo podrá conseguir algunos nuevos conjuntos de siluros en su estanque, y ayer recibí una llamada de que van a ir allí a comprobarlo.

En esta granja, tenemos 1.500 conjuntos de siluro, y ahora tienen que buscar la manera de acercarse al mercado y conseguir comercializarlo a la gente incluso antes de que madure para la venta. Aquí es donde entra el trabajo de un emprendedor, no sólo para ganar su mundo, porque tienen que ser capaces de comercializarlo y conectar con la gente para que podamos conseguir mejores ventas, y para ello, se requiere cierto esfuerzo.

En realidad, no se trata de ahora; es algo que tiene que existir antes. El negocio está empezando, y le di algunos consejos para que se asegure de crear una conexión con la gente, de modo que tenga un lugar donde vender sus productos cuando llegue el momento. Como empresarios, no deberíamos esperar a necesitar clientes para comercializar nuestros productos antes de hacerlo, porque creo que ese es uno de los principales objetivos de un empresario.

En el proceso de conseguir mejores ventas, tuvo que contratar a un conjunto de nuevas personas que trabajarán con él en la piscifactoría para que pueda obtener un mejor resultado en un plazo razonable porque la piscicultura es un negocio lucrativo, pero por otro lado, necesita más atención por parte de las personas que lo vigilan de cerca para evitar que se maten entre ellos porque los peces pueden canibalizarse alguna vez.

Me siento muy feliz porque un empresario como yo está progresando, y yo estoy feliz porque estoy progresando y la persona es mi amigo, y estamos creciendo juntos. Mientras tanto, nos proponemos almacenar más pescado para que, cuando llegue la persona media, podamos obtener más beneficios que antes, aunque se necesita dinero para mantener su salud y su estado, por lo que tenemos que asegurarnos de conectar con la gente y comercializarlo incluso antes de que sea comercializable...".

Emprender es la vida para quienes saben cómo hacerlo, y yo estoy dispuesta y preparada para dar lo que haga falta para ser una empresaria de éxito. Me alegro de haber podido ayudar a un alma, y con el espíritu de un emprendedor, seguimos en pie hasta que consigamos un resultado mejor para nosotros.
