Taking Time To Organize
Self-Reflection Sundaze
It's been too long since this one practice I began reading about near the start of this year. I failed to get a full pump in at the gym because I haven't done it: I haven't planned my week or days in advance in far too long. This may not matter to many people, but it's made a world of difference for this would-be writer. See, Hyrum Smith argues that time management is truly event control. This perspective shifts the focus from clocking every minute of the day, to scheduling for the important things, little things, and the in-between. I was so bogged down by the myriad thoughts today because, rather than writing them down to knock them out one-by-one, I did what many people do and "try to keep it all in their head". It wasn't possible. Maybe my head isn't big enough. For those like me, with seemingly compact craniums, taking the list of big items down on the list in the morning saves my skillet. I can actually focus on them, even with distractions.
Bought More Books
But I haven't read a single one. That's most likely a direct result of failing to plan; I planned to fail to read them. Now, I'm happy I'm adding to the collection, but if I spend just to stack my shelves with stuff I don't even peruse, what's the use? So I'm working on it.

There was a time when I was buying books like crazy but could not read them and I began to feel like the day is too short for me but truly, I don’t just know how to manage my time
Sometimes I have come to discover that it is not about us buying books, it is actually about us making sure that we create valuable time to consume them
Organizing helps one with what's important and what's not, and so that we don't spend time on what's not important, leaving out what's important.😊
