It is the time of the year again to get together with your family and friends to celebrate the past year and to start the new one in a jolly manner. There appearently is something about Jesus Christ and the Christchild bringing presents, its not Santa, he comes on the 6th of decembre and brings chocolate, at least where I am from.

Terracore

It might not be a very christmas thing to write about but there are not a lot of hive projects that stoked me this year, the progress of @craftink is staling and my @HiQ frens are refusing to make it an idle game - one of my favorite Genres.

Incomes Terracore. The Token is rapidely inflating they say. I'm like 'yeah its an idle game, to have an extreme amount of income is kind of the point', of course the Token of such a game will be inflationary and your goal is to outpace the inflation.

Beware though, it is like every play2earn or pay2earn Game, how I like to call them. You can be the stupid one holding the bag for all the people who chose a profitable point to exit the game. I wont quote the usual 'Im no financial advisor..' cause thats retarded.

In Terracore you claim your Scrap (the Main Token of the game) every four hours, else it will get stolen by other players. If you claim regulary and fly good attacks on other players you should be able to upgrade something every 3 days. The perfect idle game. Im being a little hyperbolic, but I really like the foundational mechanics of Terracore. There are also quests and planets, but I havent really figured those out yet.

Christmas Presents

To combine Terracore with Christmas I will sent out 10000 Scrap ( a decent starting stake) to my favorite Hivians and say a few nice words about them.

@meins0815 The Meins Meister. A huge comic book nerd, that despite his wisdom got a very teenage Rebel without a cause vibe. He also likes to discuss in the comments which is one of my favorite activies on hive and he is really not afraid to slam his unbridled opinion directly in your face. At his core I think he is a very nice and empathic dude, tho.

@quekery my favorite HiQ fren. I dont think it is a huge suprise to @smooms and @mary-me that I rank Queker higher in my friendlist. I get along with both of them as well and think they are very cool and creative people, but Queker is the one I tend to have deep discussions with. I also dont consider a lot of people to be better at math than me, but I think Queker would run laps around me in most mathematic competitions I could think of.

@felixxx recently I had more talks with one of the Hivians I already knew in 2017 Steemit times. He showed me some of the stuff he was working on a few months back and I had the feeling that he is actually someone I could work with really well, same wirelength I feel like. Also I appreciate his honest and in your face approach similar to meinsi but cranked up to 11. Still I can handle these types of people much better than the ones that cant open their effing mouth or talk around the hot mash as we say in Germany.

@alucian You know that crazy cousin that everyone is always kind of worried about, but a really interesting guy if you get to talk with him? Thats Alu. He is convinced that only Miners are allowed to be invested in the Crypto-World and everybody else should kiss the ground they are walking on. Wait... this is supposed to be something nice... But I am sure Alu knows I mean all this in the best possible way.

@megalithic I have not had a lot of contact to Grand in the past year or two, but I really hope he will be more active on hive again. I know that he is actually a higher ranking Scrap holder than me, so he plays the game already. I mean it got core in the name so of course Grand would be atracted to this, every 2nd of his sock puppet accounts is named BlablablaCore.... wait! If you were involved in making terracore you really got to dm me!

Es ist wieder die Zeit des Jahres, in der man sich mit seiner Familie und seinen Freunden trifft, um das vergangene Jahr zu feiern und das neue Jahr fröhlich zu beginnen. Es scheint etwas mit Jesus Christus und dem Christkind zu tun zu haben, das Geschenke bringt, es ist nicht der Weihnachtsmann, der kommt am 6. Dezember und bringt Schokolade, zumindest dort, wo ich herkomme.

Terracore

Es ist vielleicht nicht besonders weihnachtlich, darüber zu schreiben, aber es gibt nicht viele Hive-Projekte, die mich dieses Jahr begeistern, der Fortschritt von @craftink stagniert und meine @HiQ-Freunde weigern sich, es zu einem Idle Game zu machen - eines meiner Lieblingsgenres.

Da kommt Terracore um die Ecke. Der Token ist inflationär, sagen sie. Ich sage: "Ja, es ist ein Idle-Spiel, eine extreme Menge an Einkommen zu haben ist der Sinn des Spiels", natürlich werden die Token eines solchen Spiels inflationär sein und dein Ziel ist es, schneller zu wachsen als die Inflation.

Aber Vorsicht, es ist wie bei jedem play2earn oder pay2earn Game, wie ich es gerne nenne. Du könntest der Dumme sein, der die Zeche für all die Leute zahlt, die einen profitablen Zeitpunkt zum Ausstieg aus dem Spiel gewählt haben. Ich werde nicht das übliche "Ich bin kein Finanzberater..." zitieren, denn das ist schwachsinnig.

In Terracore forderst du deinen Scrap (die Hauptmarke des Spiels) alle vier Stunden ein, sonst wird er dir von anderen Spielern gestohlen. Wenn du regelmäßig einforderst und gute Angriffe auf andere Spieler fliegst, solltest du alle 3 Tage etwas upgraden können. Das perfekte Idle Game. Ich übertreibe ein wenig, aber ich mag die grundlegenden Mechanismen von Terracore wirklich sehr. Es gibt auch Quests und Planeten, aber die habe ich noch nicht wirklich durchschaut.

Weihnachtsgeschenke

Um Terracore mit Weihnachten zu verbinden, werde ich 10000 Scrap (eine anständige Startmenge) an meine Lieblings-Hivianer verschicken und ein paar nette Worte über sie sagen.

@meins0815 Der Meins Meister. Ein großer Comic-Nerd, der trotz seiner Weisheit eine sehr jugendliche Rebel without a cause Ausstrahlung hat. Er diskutiert auch gerne in den Kommentaren, was eine meiner Lieblingsbeschäftigungen auf Hive ist, und er hat keine Angst, dir seine ungezügelte Meinung direkt ins Gesicht zu knallen. Im Grunde ist er aber ein sehr netter und emphatischer dude, finde ich.

@quekery mein Lieblings-HiQ-Freund. Ich glaube nicht, dass es eine große Überraschung für @smooms und @mary-me ist, dass ich Queker in meiner Freundesliste höher einstufe. Ich komme auch mit beiden gut aus und halte sie für sehr coole und kreative Leute, aber Queker ist derjenige, mit dem ich am liebsten tiefgründige Diskussionen führe. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass viele Leute besser in Mathe sind als ich, aber ich glaube, Queker würde in den meisten Mathematikwettbewerben, die ich mir vorstellen kann, Runden um mich herum drehen.

@felixxx , vor kurzem hatte ich mehr Gespräche mit einem der Hivianer, die ich schon zu Steemit-Zeiten 2017 kenne. Er hat mir ein paar Sachen gezeigt, an denen er vor ein paar Monaten gearbeitet hat, und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass er jemand ist, mit dem ich wirklich gut zusammenarbeiten könnte, gleiche Wellenlänge und so. Außerdem schätze ich seine ehrliche und unverblümte Art, ähnlich wie bei meinsi, aber auf 11 hochgeschraubt. Trotzdem kann ich mit solchen Leuten viel besser umgehen als mit denen, die den Mund nicht aufkriegen oder um den heißen Brei herumreden.

@alucian Du kennst doch diesen verrückten Cousin, um den sich alle immer Sorgen machen, der aber ein wirklich interessanter Typ ist, wenn man sich mit ihm unterhalten kann? Das ist Alu. Er ist davon überzeugt, dass nur Miner in die Kryptowelt investieren dürfen und alle anderen den Boden küssen sollten, auf dem sie gehen. Moment... das sollte eigentlich etwas Nettes sein... Aber ich bin mir sicher, dass Alu weiß, dass ich das alles im bestmöglichen Sinne meine.

@megalithic Ich hatte in den letzten ein oder zwei Jahren nicht viel Kontakt zu Grand, aber ich hoffe wirklich, dass er wieder aktiver auf Hive sein wird. Ich weiß, dass er eigentlich ein ranghöherer Scrap-Inhaber ist als ich, also spielt er das Spiel schon. Ich meine, es hat core im Namen, also würde Grand natürlich davon angezogen werden, jeder 2. seiner Sockenpuppen-Accounts heißt BlablablaCore.... warte! Wenn du an der Entwicklung von Terracore beteiligt warst, musst du mir wirklich eine Nachricht schicken!
