Don't be carried along through the entire process, right? You're trying to evolve your structure in your company. You want to speak to them.

You want to ask them what they think. You want to ask them what they're doing that's not currently working and what they want to do that's working for them. And you're coming up with a new product. You want to send surveys. You want to ask them what they like. They just want to see that they are part of the product.

You have catered to their truth, what they believe in. It's pretty much what they want to see. So as long as you show that you generally care about their feelings, they're big on their feelings. As long as you show that you care about your feelings, they will.
