What muscle groups are you targeting today? 💪💪

It was Chest, shoulder, triceps day. with 40m of cardio(20 at the begginign, 20 at the end, just to warm up and cool down)

I normally do a pull, push, legs, pull, push split, it's what I like most, sometimes I have a shoulders and arms day
